Mr. Sahil Kumar is the Managing Director of the company. He holds a Graduate Degree in Marketing Management & Information Systems from Delhi (Jims). After completing his studies, he joined his father Mr. Lohia and is credited with developing strong business network and bringing on-board state-of-the-art infrastructure including Pay Direct Accounts and ERP Solutions.

He has been recognized by various sections of the industry for his path-breaking work in this segment. Internationally, he has been able to assist his core team in sourcing high quality deals.

Both the chairman and the Managing Director of the company are associated with Shiv Public School (CBSE affiliated) and Shiv Play School in Sohna, Haryana since 2001.
